Cellar: 100% destemmed, skin fermented for 2 weeks with daily punchdowns, drained of free run only. No additives.
Aging: Neutral barrel for 5 months.
Bottling: February 2022; 26 cases.

Peasant’s Tears
Fruit: 0.8 tons of Kerner hand harvested from Mokelumne Glen Vineyard in Lodi, CA
Cellar: Once the bin was drained of free run, water was added to the skins to rehydrate for 3 days then pressed on top of Riesling skins. No additives.
Aging: Stainless steel drum for 5 months.
Bottling: February 2022; 23 cases.
Dornfelder
The End is Infinite
Fruit: 1.2 tons of Dornfelder hand harvested from Mokelumne Glen Vineyard in Lodi, CA
Cellar: 3 fermentations: 100% whole cluster, 50% whole cluster, and 100% destemmed. Grapes were placed in giant plastic bags, air was removed, and bags were sealed for 3 weeks. Once opened, drained of free run only. No additives.
Aging: Neutral barrel for 5 months.
Bottling: February 2022; 78 cases.
Dornfelder Piquette

Fruit: 1.2 tons of Dornfelder hand harvested from Mokelumne Glen Vineyard in Lodi, CA
