My name’s Ully. I make wine as my day job, for myself, and to share with you.

Vai e Vem, or come and go in Portuguese, ponders the ephemeral nature of life. Years in the making, Vai e Vem is the final form of my bucket fermentations, my carboy trials, my 1-bottle vintages… essentially all my previous experiments making small batch natural wine since 2014. As the name implies, my grape varieties, vineyard sources, and methods of fermentation are always changing. Because change is life’s only constant and we must change with it.
